CH-1000 simple spray unit – Separately supplied lubricant and compressed air are advanced in separate pipes, mixed at the end and then connected to a micro spray to the required lubrication point. The compressed air plays a cooling to and chip blowing role, and the trace oil agent lubricates the cutting point precisely, greatly reducing the amount of lubricant used, saving energy and reducing emissions for environmentally friendly cutting. The size of the jet airflow and the size of the oil spray volume are infinitely adjustable, easy to operate and install.
