Performance Characteristics
U-block distribution valves, models UR and UM, are used in progressive lubrication systems. There are a variety of outlet configurations available for you to use, and the distribution valve specifications can be customized according to your lubrication situation. Each distribution valve has many pistons. When the system is pressurized, the pistons are sequentially positively displaced until the cycle is completed. Grease is output from each outlet and then continues to circulate. The U-BLOCK divider block for multi-point manual lubrication is also provided with a Cross port rod, so you can double the emissions when you need it.
It can be used for medium pressure and widetemperature change conditions, it can be used with manual, electric, pneumatic pump and other single- line lubrication system, used for a variety of small machine tools and plastic machinery equipment.
