Grease or lubrication enters from the upper oil inlet, reaches the left end of the piston after passing through the annular groove and pushes them gradually to the right, so that the lubricant in the piston cavity is slowly drained from the oil outlet in turn. When the piston reaches the limit position at the right end, the lubricant entering the distributor reaches the right end of the piston through the annular groove on the left, pushing the piston to gradually move to the left, so that the lubricant in the piston cavity is discharged from the oil outlet; The process is in the opposite direction of piston movement, and accordingly, the lubricant is discharged from the different oil outlets in turn. As long as the lubricant entering the progressive distributor maintains a certain pressure, the distributor will work continuously. In addition, if the number of intermediate pieces is more than 3, the number of pieces can be followed and so on. As long as the piston in any intermediate piece is stuck and cannot be operated, the pistons in the other intermediate pieces will be completely blocked, and the entire distributor will stop working, this ingenious idea makes it extremely convenient to monitor whether the output oil is normal, as long as the intermediate piece is set sense, the proximity switch of the piston action can alarm in time when the piston is blocked.
