How manual drum pumps work？

The function of the hand oil pump is to manually pump the oil circuit to start circulating, the air is discharged through the exhaust holes on each component, or discharged into the oil tank through the return pipe, so that the entire pipeline is filled with fuel, thereby helping the engine start.
