What is a hydraulic lubrication pump?
Hydraulic lubrication pump is a piston lubrication pump using hydraulic power, using double cylinder double plunger symmetrical structure, equipped with explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, can realize a drive oil pipe access, electromagnetic directional valve reversing drive double cylinder motion pumping grease. Hydraulic pumps are used in hydraulic drive systems and can be hydrostatic pumps or hydropower pumps. The hydraulic pump is a mechanical power source, which converts mechanical power into hydraulic energy. The flow it produces has enough power to overcome the pressure caused by the load at the pump outlet. How does a hydraulic lubrication pump work?
The cam is driven by an electric motor to rotate. When the cam pushes the plunger upward, the sealing volume formed by the plunger and the cylinder block is reduced, and the oil is squeezed out of the sealing volume and discharged to the place where it is needed through the check valve. When the cam rotates to the descending part of the curve, the spring forces the plunger downward, forming a certain vacuum degree, and the oil in the tank enters the sealing volume under the action of atmospheric pressure. The cam makes the plunger continuously rise and fall, the sealing volume periodically decreases and increases, and the pump continuously absorbs and drains oil.
