The quality and performance of the grease pump directly affects the performance of the entire centralized lubrication system.
How does the lube oil pump work? Lubricating grease pump is mainly composed of pump body, gear, shaft, bearing, front cover and back cover, sealing parts, coupling and other components. There are two forms of shaft end seals: packing seals and mechanical seals. Lube oil pumps are used to provide continuously cooling, clean oil to bearings, gears, etc. at proper pressure, temperature and flow rate. How does the system work? Lube oil pump systems use oil tanks or reservoirs to store large amounts of oil. As the meshing gear rotates in the pump body, the gear teeth continue to enter and exit and engage. In the suction chamber, the gear teeth gradually exit the meshing state, so that the volume of the suction chamber gradually increases, the pressure decreases, and the liquid enters the suction chamber under the action of liquid level pressure and enters the discharge chamber with the gear teeth. In the discharge chamber, the gear teeth gradually enter the meshing state, the teeth of the gear are gradually occupied by the teeth of a gear, the volume of the discharge chamber is reduced, the liquid pressure in the discharge chamber increases, so the liquid is discharged from the pump outlet outside the pump, the gear side continues to rotate, the above process is continuous, forming a continuous oil transfer process.
