Increase the oil absorption surface or reduce the pipe resistance. 2. Check whether each joint is leaking or leaking, and add asbestos and other sealed materials to seal it. 3. Correct the steering in the direction indicated by the pump. 4. Clear the blockage and open the valve. 5. Preheat the liquid, if it is impossible, reduce the discharge pressure and reduce the oil discharge 6. Disassemble and check the relevant other parts and replace them. Second, seal oil leakage. Reason: 1. The shaft seal is not adjusted well. 2. The sealing ring is worn, resulting in an increase in the gap. 3. The friction surface of the static ring and the moving ring of the mechanical seal is damaged or there are defects such as burrs and scratches. Method: 1. Readjust. 2. Tighten the nut or replace the sealing ring. 3. Replace the dynamic and static ring or regrind. Third, the vibration is large or the noise is loud.
Causes: 1. The suction mesh or filter screen is blocked. 2. The straw protrudes into the sump shallower. 3. Pipe into the air. 4. The resistance of the discharge pipe is too large. 5. Gears, bearings or side plates are seriously worn. Its corresponding solution: 1. Remove the dirt on the filter screen. 2. The suction pipe should extend into the oil pool for about 0.5 meters. 3. Check each connection to make it sealed. 4. Check the pipes and valves, and discharge the blockage, or adjust the pipeline to reduce elbows, valves, etc. 5. Replace new gears and bearings.
