Our LPG pump is mainly used for conveying LPG, propylene, liquid ammonia, or all kinds of volatile liquids and petroleum products with similar properties. The pump is a volumetric vane pump with advanced structure, stator surface is composed of composite curve, mechanical seal is adopted at both ends, “O” seal is adopted at each fixed end face, and metal relative to non-metal is adopted in the rotating parts, which is safe, reliable and multi-purpose.
This pump is a volumetric vane pump, working by vane centrifugal sliding, flow rate is related to the rotational speed of the shaft, the inner surface of the stator is made of the original composite curve, the stator and the rotor, baffle, vane composition of the ten sealing cavities, due to the composite curve of the surface of the stator, when the rotor rotates, the inlet volume of the cavity increases gradually, and negative pressure is formed to generate suction, so as to suck in the liquid oil. When the rotor rotates at a certain angle, the volume cross-section gradually decreases, so that the oil pressure out of the oil, between the suction chamber and the pressure chamber there is an oil block to separate the suction chamber from the pressure chamber. The vane relies on centrifugal force and two baffle structures so that it fits closely with the inner surface of the stator to make the pump work normally under the rated condition.
